ABOUT THE JUNIOR LEAGUE OF SAN FRANCISCO
The Junior League of San Francisco ("JLSF") is a 98 year old San Francisco charity. DONOVAN ANNOUNCES THE DONOVAN COLLECTION
COLLECTION FEATURES FINE JEWELRY DIAMOND AND PLATINUM PIECES
FOR MEN & WOMEN COLLECTION PART OF UPCOMING DONOVAN FASHION LINE

(San Francisco, CA, November 19, 2008) – Donovan, San Francisco's premier event producer for high-end fashion events, today announced the launch of THE DONOVAN COLLECTION.  THE DONOVAN COLLECTION will first launch FINE JEWELRY BY DONOVAN, showcasing the DONOVAN fashion logo in diamonds of VVS clarity with an E/F quality, among the highest quality diamond.  The full jewelry collection will be finished in platinum.  The first collection will include a diamond necklace ($18,000 retail), diamond earrings ($2,500 retail), platinum cufflinks for gentlemen ($5,000 retail) and the "Empire" ring for gentlemen ($25,000 retail). 

After seven years of pioneering and cultivating San Francisco's high fashion culture by producing events supporting designers and world-renown fashion brands, the DONOVAN brand has become synonymous with high fashion in San Francisco.  It seems only natural that Donovan would create his own fashion line, beginning with FINE JEWELRY BY DONOVAN.  "I hope to build the DONOVAN brand into a well respected, high-end fashion brand while bringing some pride and awareness to San Francisco fashion.  It has always been my goal to make this city a true player in design and fashion on par with other cities such as Paris, Milan, New York, and Los Angeles,” Donovan says of the new collection.

FINE JEWELRY BY DONOVAN is the first part of the upcoming launch of the Donovan Fashion Line to be announced in early 2009. The Official Launch Party for FINE JEWELRY BY DONOVAN will be Wednesday, November 26th at the W Hotel at 181 3rd St., San Francisco, in partnership with the cutting edge female fashion brand MARCIANO.  The event will feature a private VIP Reception showcasing the FINE JEWELRY BY DONOVAN Collection from 9:00-10:00pm for press, retail buyers, fashion industry, and top VIPs of Donovan and a fashion show showcasing MARCIANO'S Holiday Collection at 10pm in the Great Room (3rd Floor) of the W Hotel where VIP seating can be purchased online at Ticketweb.  Music will be provided by DJ Donovan and dancing will follow.
