I have to begin with saying that I was thoroughly impressed with the outstanding job the men of San Francisco did.  For all the women that were unable to attend, we had more gorgeous, fashionable men than I've ever seen in one place at one time!

To every man that attended and dressed up so impeccably, I have to give all of you recognition for stepping up and showing everyone that San Francisco has a male demographic that is a force to be reckoned with.  With that said there was one gentleman in particular that caught my eye.  His name is Andreas.  By looking at the gallery anyone can tell this was a difficult decision, but Andreas made it easy for me, when I took one look at him I realized this man was dressed with style and grace.  He challenged me with his piercing smile and genuine character.  His clothing only enhanced his obvious good looks.

Andreas' color scheme was subtle yet distinct with detail.  Andreas' ash colored V-neck accentuated the pin stripes in his sleek black blazer.  In doing so, Andreas created a pallet that put focus on the ornate patches on the blazer.  The sport patches added insight on Andreas's personality and his passion for sports.  This is also a great way for men to make an outfit unique.  Most men fear style that will characterize them as lacking masculinity.  Styles such as patches, leather piping or shredded edges can change this belief.  However, Andreas exuded confidence and effortless comfort in this style.  People such as Andreas are helping change the mentality of what is stylish and hip for any man to wear in San Francisco.

Andreas’ distressed jeans were the final touch to an excellent outfit.  His worn teathered look is right on target with what’s hot in fashion today.  The denim patch work and additional zipper show you can make a simple thing like denim jeans an intricate part of a fashionable outfit.

Andreas’ modern take on the infamous Beetles haircut was my favorite part of his look.  The long bangs looked casual and easy not over worked or deliberate.  The combination of his hair and the five o’clock shadow enhanced his outstanding bone structure. 

So thank you Andreas for "Stepping Up Your Style", being courageous rather than conservative, showing that men can have just as much fun with their style, and inspiring other men to further explore and experiment with their own unique look.  Thank you Andreas for being the most fashion-forward gentleman of our party.
